Study Room Policies & Expectations
Seven study rooms are currently available for check-out to currently enrolled students.
Each room is equipped with a whiteboard, markers and erasers are available at the front circulation desk upon request.
The library currently has ONE study room that is equipped with a Newline smart screen, ask at the circulation desk to check out the Newline Media Kit (keyboard, mouse, remote, and cables) to use it.
At this time, the library does NOT offer advanced Study Room Reservations.
Students are allowed to check out one study room per day for up to two hours.
Please be respectful to this shared space and follow these policies:
- No loud or boisterous activity, as the room is not sound proof
- Do not write on tables, walls, or windows
- Do not leave personal belongings unattended
- Toss all trash and recycling into receptacles
- Erase the white boards
- Return library books to a re-shelving cart or to front circulation desk
- Leave the room in the same or better condition that you found it
Study Room Reservation Procedures & Directions
If you would like to book a study room, please follow these directions:
- Make sure to get a school issued ID card and bring it to the library.
- Come to the front circulation. Located immediately upon entering the library.
- The circulation staff will check for study room availability.
- If a room is available, circulation staff will hold onto your ID card.
- They will then unlock the door to your study room.
- Once ready to check out of the study room, come to the front circulation desk and your school ID will be returned to you.
Note: You must be currently registered for classes to check out a study room.
