The San Diego Miramar College Library’s mission is to provide students with the tools and resources to aid them in their academic journey and help them achieve academic success.
Vision
The San Diego Miramar College Library strives to be the campus intellectual knowledge center, where students can find community and collaborate with likeminded peers to achieve their common pursuit for career advancement, innovation, creativity, academic success, professional success, lifelong learning, and much more. We hope to cultivate a welcoming environment that embraces the foundations of community, diversity, equity, anti-racism, social justice, and inclusivity.
Values
The San Diego Miramar College Library is guided by the faculty and staff’s shared core values as a Latinx, African American, Southeast Asian, Pacific Islander, Asian American, and Native American serving institution that was established upon the unceded territory of the Kumeyaay Nation.
