The mission of the Miramar College EMT Department is to provide high-quality, hands-on education that prepares students to deliver compassionate, competent, and lifesaving pre-hospital care. We are committed to developing skilled emergency medical professionals through rigorous training, strong ethical foundations, and a dedication to community service and public safety. Students should consider becoming EMT certified because it opens the door to exciting and meaningful opportunities in emergency medicine and public service.
