San Diego Miramar College offers a series of water fitness and swim classes through our Exercise Science Program. New students must apply to the College before they can register for classes. To find out how to enroll at the College, please visit the Admissions Office.

Campus Shower Facilities & Hygiene Support
Miramar College provides safe and accessible shower facilities for housing-insecure students at the Ned Baumer Miramar College Aquatic Center. To access the showers, students must:

Be enrolled in at least one (1) class,
-
Have paid or waived their enrollment fees, and
-
Be in good standing with the district to access the showers.
Fall/Spring Hours Mon – Wed: 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM |
Summer 2025 Mon – Fri: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM |
Shower Kits & Hygiene Support:
Students can request a free shower kit (includes towel, washcloth, padlock, and bar soap) in-person at the shower facilities (limited supply).
Additional hygiene supplies can be requested through the Jet Fuel Resource Center’s Pantry Pickup Program (advance request required).
Locker Assignments:
Lockers are available at no charge each semester at the aquatic center. Proof of enrollment and a CSID are required. Locker Assignment Use Policy forms can be obtained at the Athletic Equipment Attendant office (J-403) and Fitness Center (J-203).
