On-campus Childcare Resource
The Miramar College Child Development Center will reopen on August 22, 2025 and is now accepting applications for free or low-cost early learning programs for income-eligible families, including students, faculty, staff, and community members.
Miramar College's high-quality early childhood education program is designed to support each child’s social, emotional, cognitive, linguistic, and physical development through an integrated, play-based curriculum. Children are nurtured and guided through learning experiences tailored to their individual needs and developmental readiness.
As a laboratory school, the Center also serves as a hands-on training facility for college students studying child development. It provides a rich environment for students to observe, engage, and apply concepts learned in their coursework.
