Miramar College will award $143,346.00 at its annual Scholarship Awards Ceremony held virtually at 2 p.m. on April 28. This year, the Miramar College Foundation will administer 37 awards totaling $95,526.00. An additional 20 external awards, totaling $47,820.00 will be awarded to deserving students bringing the grand total awarded to $143,346.00.

The Miramar College LGBTQ+ Alliance invites you to two days of education, conversation, and celebration! 

We begin on Wed April 14, 2021 at 10 am with a special welcome from President Lundburg and a panel on Representation Matters featuring Chancellor-Elect Carlos Turner Cortez, SDCCD Trustee Craig Milgrim, and District Researcher and Analyst Jaime Sykes-Seiverd.

The Defense Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) Education Consortium (DSEC), supported by U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), has selected four new organizations to include in DSEC’s Innovation Bloc Funding for 2021 and San Diego Miramar College is among the four.

For the first time in 13 months, Miramar College student athletes returned to campus for athletic training. Roughly 40 of the College’s 100 intercollegiate athletes arrived on campus April 8 for conditioning.
