As you all know, the success of our pandemic response has depended on a number of different approaches for combating COVID-19—social distancing, enhanced cleaning, controlled facilities access, restrictions on visitors, and events.

Miramar College will partner with the County of San Diego to offer free COVID-19 vaccinations on campus June 15. First and second doses will be available from 9:30pm-3:30pm in the courtyard of the Hourglass Recreation Complex near the pool.

The congratulatory cheers could be heard from 3 blocks away. The list of transfer schools that belted out of the mouths of the two emcees were impressive. Cal-Berkeley…UCLA…Azusa Pacific...UC San Diego and San Diego State echoed throughout the ceremony.

For the second consecutive year, the COVID-19 pandemic has forced San Diego Miramar College to hold a virtual commencement ceremony. This year’s ceremony will celebrate the accomplishments of 1,482 graduates.
