Miramar College has accepted $600,000 of funding from the Educational Services and Support Division of the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office to support Native American students.

Miramar College has received a $150,697 Asian American Native Hawaiian Pacific Islander (AANHPI) student achievement program grant.

San Diego Community College District’s colleges have been given an A+ by for their policies that prohibit smoking and tobacco use on their campuses.

Miramar College held its annual commencement ceremony on Friday, May 19. Just over 350 graduates participated in the ceremony. This academic year, the College conferred 1,211 degrees and another 531 Certificate of Achievements for a total of 1,742 awards.
