Summer CARES Act Funds Available to Eligible Students Via Edquity App
Miramar College will be distributing $825,000 in CARES Act/HEERF funding to eligible students enrolled for the summer 2021 term. Students must download the Edquity App to apply and receive funds. Instructions to download the Edquity app can be found below. Eligible students will receive a $750 grant. Students who are registered in at least one class by July 12, 2021 are eligible to receive these funds. The deadline to apply through the Edquity app is 11:59pm on July 20, 2021.
Letter From ACCJC Regarding Miramar College Mid-Term Accreditation
The Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges, Western Association of Schools and Colleges, at its meeting June 9-11, 2021, reviewed the Midterm Report and related evidentiary materials submitted by San Diego Miramar College. The purpose of the review was to determine the degree to which the institution has made progress in implementing its plans and improving outcomes related to student achievement. After consideration of the Report, the Commission has determined that the institution’s progress is appropriate and has accepted the Report.

Miramar College to Host Free Vaccine Clinic June 15
Miramar College will partner with the County of San Diego to offer free COVID-19 vaccinations on campus June 15. First and second doses will be available from 9:30pm-3:30pm in the courtyard of the Hourglass Recreation Complex near the pool.
