We are excited to share that San Diego Miramar College will be launching the Puente Program for the 2026–2027 academic year. The Puente Project is a national award-winning program that, for more than 40 years, has helped increase the college-going rate of educationally underrepresented students across California.
The Puente Project
The mission of the Puente Project is to increase the number of students who enroll in four-year colleges and universities, earn college degrees and return to the community as mentors and leaders to future generations. Puente is open to all students.
