ALL lecterns are locked and in order to access the AV equipment, you must receive training from one of the AV staff members. Once the training is complete, you will receive a code for the lockbox.

Smart Carts are portable projection systems on a mobile cart which include a projection unit, laptop, speakers & a DVD/VCR combo. The AV department has these carts available for daily checkout. Reservations must be given in advance and are generally at a first come, first serve basis. After training, you will know how to breakdown and set up the equipment, project your presentations, show a video and adjust the speaker volume with the system.
