d) Online tutoring information:
We offer NetTutor and STAR-CA. Log in to your Canvas account. Select one of your courses. Find and click "NetTutor." You will see the screenshot below.
NetTutor offers one-on-one, online meeting, paper drop-off (different from the paper drop-off in part f below), and question drop-off.
STAR-CA offers live, drop-in tutoring. You can connect with a live tutor and get private, one-on-one tutoring in real time.
e) Important notice about NetTutor:
A part of a negotiated agreement between AFT and the District, NetTutor is blacked out for the subjects listed below from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday-Thursday, from August 21, 2023, to December 14, 2023.
NetTutor is available outside of the hours above and all-day Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

f) Paper drop-off service:
Our paper drop-off service begins at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 21, 2023, and closes at noon, on Wednesday, December 13, 2023. After you have submitted your paper, you should receive an e-mail reply in 24-48 hours (turnaround time) during our tutoring hours, Monday-Thursday, 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. You can self-enroll in our paper drop-off service via the link below.
