Miramar College will host its annual commencement ceremony Friday, May 19 at 10:00am on Compass Point.
Check-in for graduates begins at 8:00am in K1-107 located in the Student Services Building. Check-in ends at 9:30am. At that time, students will begin lining up for the procession.
Guests are limited to four per student and seating for guests will be on a first-come first-serve basis with seating beginning at 8:45am.

For the 2022-2023 academic year, Miramar College will confer 1,211 degrees and another 531 Certificate of Achievements for a total of 1,742 awards.
Of the 1,211 associate degrees to be conferred, 582, or 48%, will be Associate Degrees for Transfer (ADT), thus demonstrating that the College will have prepared all most half its degree earning students for transfer to a 4-year university.
One-hundred and forty-eight first generation college students will also receive their degree.
More than 350 students have register to attend the ceremony to hear their names called.
Allen Kuo, president of the San Diego Miramar College Associated Student Government, will be the student speaker.
“This is a very special time of year at San Diego Miramar College,” said Dr. Wesley Lundburg, president of San Diego Miramar College. “This year’s commencement ceremony will see another seventeen-hundred plus students graduate with a degree or certificate that will help better their lives. I couldn’t be happier for the graduates and their families, and I thank them for entrusting the college with their educational needs.”
