Facilities Services is responsible for the routine maintenance of SDCCD buildings, grounds, and vehicles. Our Facilities Services Call Center processes customer-initiated work requests and dispatches qualified staff to handle buildings and grounds, heating ventilation and air conditioning systems, facilities, and equipment repair needs. Work requests are tracked through our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Inquiries on any Work Order can be followed up on by calling the Call Center at 388-6422 or e-mail Facilities Services Call Center
