Student Services will be closed for start of semester events from 8am to 1pm on Thursday 1/30/25 and we will reopen from 1pm to 6pm for regular hours.

Counseling appointments are available to students for more in-depth counseling sessions related to academic planning or to address complex questions or issues.

Students can schedule a counseling appointment that can take place virtually utilizing our Zoom meeting center or in-person at our offices in the K1 Student Services building using our online scheduler below. Appointments are scheduled two-weeks in advance. For example, on Monday at 8:00AM you can begin scheduling an appointment for any available time next Monday (or before if available). Please only schedule 1 active appointment at a time.

APPOINTMENT CRITERIA:
- All official transcripts from prior college coursework and test scores must be on file or be brought to the meeting (Foreign transcripts are not required.)
- Must have started your first semester of classes at SDCCD.
- Must be in or interested in a major offered at Miramar (Miramar Programs, Mesa Programs & City Programs).

Expectations for Remote Counseling Sessions
- Be in a quiet and private place
- Have access to a computer to access your student portal and relative resources
- For your safety, driving during a remote session is not permitted
