Keller is a distinguished San Diego-based Life Sciences executive with over two decades of global commercial leadership, renowned for scaling revenue, driving innovation, and successfully navigating complex M&A and financing landscapes. Her expertise spans corporate strategy, business development, sales, marketing, clinical research, reimbursement, and investor relations within innovative medical device companies like Neurochase Limited, ClearPoint Neuro (Nasdaq: CLPT), Philips (NYSE: PHG), and Volcano Corporation (Nasdaq: VOLC).
Keller has a proven track record of collaborating effectively with boards of directors, CEOs, and senior leadership teams on investor relations and capital-raising initiatives. She has played a pivotal role in securing over $63 million through common stock public offerings and have been integral to multiple successful company exits, including the $1.2 billion acquisition of Volcano Corporation by Philips, Naviscan's acquisition by CMR Molecular Imaging, and Artemis's sale to PE-backed Headlands Research.
A true product commercialization leader, Keller has overseen the successful launch of over 15 novel medical device and therapeutic products. Notably, she was responsible for a landmark FDA De Novo Marketing Authorization for ClearPoint Neuro's SmartFlow® Neuro Cannula, the only device approved to deliver the first-ever gene therapy directly to the brain for a CNS indication. Her strategic vision has consistently translated into significant growth, including scaling revenue from $7 million to $31 million at ClearPoint Neuro over five years, achieving a 20%+ CAGR, and increasing EBITA from 7% to 15% at Artemis Institute.
Keller's deep functional oversight covers corporate strategy, business development, sales and marketing, clinical research, reimbursement, new product development, corporate communications, and investor relations. She is adept at building and leading high-performing global teams, including managing teams of 20+ individuals, and cultivating strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), having built a "tribe" of 40+ Neurosurgery Chairs and 500+ physician advocates for paradigm-shifting technologies.
Currently, she serves as chief marketing officer at Neurochase, LTD, where she has already grown the sales funnel by 80% within their first four months. She previously held board positions as a Member of the Board of Directors for the UK and Canadian subsidiaries of ClearPoint Neuro. Keller holds an MBA from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business, and is a named inventor on multiple patents related to interventional cardiology and patient education.
