NBC7 featured Miramar College in its report about SDCCD and SDSU partnering to expand transfer pathways for students from City, Mesa, and Miramar colleges. Eligible SDCCD transfer students will benefit from the new GUARANTEED ADMISSION program between the community college district and SDSU starting in fall 2026. In addition, a first-of-its-kind academic facility at SDSU Mission Valley will bring SDCCD students and SDSU faculty under one roof to provide additional opportunities for the district’s STEM students. The proposed facility will include teaching and research labs, classrooms, advising and student support spaces, as well as shared faculty and administrative offices.
