Student Affairs Presents: The MindArch Mental Health Assessment - For Students!
We're excited to offer the MindArch Mental Health Assessment to all students! This anonymous assessment allows students to reflect on their mental well-being and receive personalized results based on their responses. It focuses on five key elements that protect and promote mental health: Secure, Regulated, Valued, Decided, and Related. Students will also have the chance to set a personal goal to strengthen their mental health.
To get started, students must scan the QR code to access the assessment. Once completed, students can bring their results to the Student Affairs office (K2-210) to receive a $10 Café Voucher, valid at the Cafeteria (K1-104) or Convenience Store (K1-101). Plus, you'll be entered into an opportunity drawing for a $200 Visa gift card, with the winner announced at the MindArch event on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, from 11 AM – 2 PM in K1-107.
This event is open to all students who want to learn more about the assessment or retake the survey. We encourage students to attend, as our Mental Health Team will be available to discuss any matters related to their paths to success. Food will be provided for participants, and students who take part will be entered into an opportunity drawing to win a $200 Visa gift card.
If students choose to complete the assessment before the event date, they can bring their completed assessment page to the Student Affairs office to receive a $10 Café gift card and be entered into the opportunity drawing for the $200 Visa gift card.
Note: Students can only enroll once to enter the opportunity drawing for the $200 gift card, but they should feel free to take the assessment as many times as they like.
