• Get a step ahead on your path to success; Consider an Intersession class for a general education or an elective course that can be completed in as little as four weeks before the spring semester starts.(Note: Intersession classes are an intense 3 to 4 week class, and students are advised to only take one intersession class.)

• A new mobile friendly CLASS SEARCH is located at: https://www.sdccd.edu/students/class-search/search.html

  To enroll, copy the ”Class Nbr” you want and paste it into your shopping cart in mySDCCD (Watch the "How to register for a class" for detailed instructions.

• Search with the ‘SESSION’ dropdown: 

• Financial Aid is available for both full-time and part-time students.

• ‘Crashing a Class’ (wanting to enroll in a ONLINE class after the class has started, or attending the first day of a On-Campus class).  
  This includes students still on a WAITLIST. 

  Students will need to request a Permission Number from the Instructor. Online classes require you to email the Instructor.  To locate the Instructor’s email address, click on their name in the new class search. 

  Process your Permission Number immediately and pay for the class. Intersession classes move at a fast pace. Permission numbers must be processed prior to the add deadline.  Permission numbers will not override prerequisites, and Instructors will not issue them after the published add deadline for the class.
