Two Miramar College Art Students Selected for Exhibition at the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego

The art work of a pair of San Diego Miramar College Studio Art students will be on exhibit at the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego Downtown on June 3. Chaise Ann Henderling and Gabe Dimagiba will have their art work appear as part of the 25 and Under Art Contest hosted by the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego Downtown. Henderling and Dimagiba were selected out of over 100 submissions!

MCASD is located at 1001 Kettner Blvd. San Diego. A reception will take place from 3-4:30 PM on June 3. Curator's Choice and People's Choice awards will be announced at the end of the reception.

Works are listed by title and not name. Chaise Ann Henderling's work is titled "Over/Overgrowth" and Gabe Dimagiba's piece is titled "Symphonic Evolution.” The work with the most likes will win the People's Choice Award!

This year marks the 11-year anniversary of Qualcomm Foundation’s generous support of free admission for all Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego visitors age 25 and younger. In celebration of this initiative, MCASD developed the 25 and Under Art Contest as a way to showcase the talent of our young patrons. rator's Choice and People's Choice awards will be announced at the end of the reception.
