Bio
Hello! I am Scott Moller, a professor in the Administration of Justice Department at San Diego Miramar College.
I worked as a litigation attorney for approximately 20 years -- mostly as a prosecutor, and my writing and teaching method uses that lens of professional experience, drawing upon real-world examples and cases to bring abstract legal concepts into focus.
In my on-campus courses, we conduct mock trials, and in all of my courses (both online and on-campus), students learn to break down and analyze judicial reasoning by writing case briefs. If you would like to learn more about my teaching, please feel free to check out my web site, at www.scottamoller.com.
Thanks for taking the time to read this. I am excited to work with you!
