Stop by the NRC located on the 2nd floor of the I-Building next to Kaleidoscope to learn more about the significance of Orange Shirt Day that happens every year on September 30th.

Orange Shirt Day honors the memories of indigenous children taken from their families & sent to U.S. & Canada residential schools under forced assimilation policies.  This day bears witness to the healing journey of survivors and their families.  Do you know this history?
