Quick Connect 10 Minute Meetings

On Friday, February 28th the Counselors will be attending Professional Development training, therefore no counseling appointments will be available. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

Quick Connect is a Live-Chat session for students to ask Staff or Counselors quick 10-minute questions. All you have to do open the Chatbot at the bottom right side of the webpage and ask for a "live person", then choose "General Counseling" during the hours QC is open.

Space is limited and will be offered on a first come first serve basis. Once capacity is reached, the Live Chat will be closed.

 Hours:

11am to 12pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

4:30pm to 5:30pm Monday through Thursday

 

Reasons for meeting a Counselor in Quick Connect can include:

  • Transcript Evaluation assistance
  • Transcript status updates
  • Technical Issues
  • Transfer Questions
  • Quick Questions

Instructions:

Click on the Chatbot in the bottom right corner of the webpage:

Expectations for Remote Counseling Sessions
  • Be in a quiet and private place
  • Have access to a computer to access your student portal and relative resources
  • For your safety, driving during a remote session is not permitted
