This webpage a place for folx at Miramar to access resources related to efforts to update SDMC's College Governance Handbook. Because we have a quick-turnaround on this work, we invite everyone in the campus community to engage in this process to ensure all voices are heard. As our work progresses, we will be providing different materials for your input and review (see below). If you have general questions or comments for the CGH Revision Taskforce, please email the A.S. Timeline for Constituency Approval for Fall 2023:
- For constituents to have adequate input on the final draft produced by the taskforce, that draft must be completed by 4/14/23
- This draft will be shared with the college (on this website and elsewhere) on April 14 to give folx two weeks to review it and provide feedback before the taskforce meets on 4/27.
- The CGH Revision Taskforce will also hold an open forum during that time.
- The final draft of the CGH (with feedback and revisions) will be shared with the four constituency groups for review and approval at their May meetings.
- If approved by all consituencies, the final draft of the CGH will be presented to the College Council on May 23. The last day of the semester is May 27.
The CGH Revision Taskforce meets every 2nd and 4th Thursday from 11:00-12:00 via Zoom. Please email Pablo Martin if you have input or questions for the committee to review.
