WINTER BREAK CLOSURE
The Jet Fuel Resource Center food pantry will be CLOSED during the winter break (Dec. 16 – Jan. 5). We will reopen for regular hours at 12:00 pm on January 6, 2024. To ensure access to nutritious foods while the pantry is closed, please use the following tools to find FREE food distribution sites in your area:

YOU COULD WIN $500!
Students who access the Jet Fuel Resource Center food pantry this week (Dec. 10 – 12) and complete a brief survey to help us improve the pantry will be entered into an opportunity drawing for one $500 grocery gift card! One entry per student. To access the survey, visit the pantry this week and look for the invitation ticket in your grocery bags.
WINTER / SPRING 2025 PANTRY APPLICATION
The Jet Fuel Food Pantry application for Winter/Spring 2025 is now open!
All students must complete a new application each semester to utilize the pantry. Students taking at least one class at Miramar College (excludes CEE-Miramar) during the Winter Intersession and/or Spring Semester may use the pantry beginning January 6, 2025, once they have submitted an application. The Jet Fuel Food Pantry is subsidized by a grant from the California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office; therefore, only current San Diego Miramar College students are permitted to use this resource. Students may utilize the pantry only once per day during operating hours. The Jet Fuel Food Pantry is located in the Jet Fuel Resource Center (basic needs center) on the third floor of the K1 Student Services Building (K1-211).
The pantry will operate with reduced hours during the Winter Intersession—the operating hours for winter and spring are listed below and on the application form.
Winter Intersession (Jan 6 – 29, 2025):
- Mon: 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm
- Tue: 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm
- Wed: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
- Thu: Closed
- Fri: Closed
Spring Semester (Feb 3 – June 2, 2025):
