We are thrilled to announce the arrival of our new Director of Native American Student Support & Success Program (NASSSP), Viki Eagle.
Viki Eagle is an enrolled member of the Sicangu (Rosebud) Lakota Nation and is also half Japanese from Denver, CO. She is currently a PhD Candidate in the Department of Anthropology at UCLA. Her sub-fields are in Sociocultural Anthropology and American Indian Studies. She was the former UCLA Native American Undergraduate Admissions recruiter from 2015-2016 and has read UCLA admissions applications over 7 years. Viki has over 10 years’ experience working with Native American youth and tribal communities within Higher Education.
