Beginning July 29, 2024 and lasting until approximately October 25, 2024 the Miramar College Veterans Resource Center, located on the ground floor of the I-Building (English) will be getting a make-over. The renovation project will:
- Expand and renovate the existing Veterans Resource Center,
- Move, expand and renovate the Honors Center,
- Renovate bottom floor flooring, doors, and restrooms,
- All gender restrooms are being considered in phase 2 of this project.
Until further notice, all Veteran's activities will take place in the Veterans Affairs Office (K1-207) located on the second floor of the K1 Student Services Building next to Admissions.
Multiple staff parking spaces will be reserved in lot #2, nearest the I-building, to provide construction laydown, dumpster space, and parking for construction workers.
Please be cautious and aware while walking and parking in areas near this construction project.
