Bio
Lisa Brewster Ph.D. teaches courses in the Communications Studies program. Having started her teaching career in her early 20's, Dr. Brewster has spent a great deal of time focusing on improving students experience in college. Throughout her tenure at SD Miramar College, Dr. Brewster has served on countless grants and programs designed to improve the student journey.
An innovator from the beginning, Dr. Brewster taught her first online class in the early 2000's, even before online education became common.
