Holistic Wellness: Mindful Nutrition for Health & Well-Being

Join UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness in a mindfulness-based workshop highlighting the connection between nutrition, our "roots and seeds", & health and well-being that will include an experiential conscious eating meditation.

Learn about traditional Native American ingredients and the historical meaning of the Three Sister's Soup from San Diego American Indian Health while engaging in a mindful activity with Leah's Pantry that helps reflect on the connection of food and life using all your senses.

Lunch provided as supplies last. Sample from a buffet of cultural foods!
