This workshop is a collaboration between faculty and staff who want to help facilitate and promote effective committee meetings for our college. The focus is on:
- Practical approaches to providing education, knowledge, and training on participatory governance committees.
- Gathering together to share best tips and practices with one another to be the best chairs, members, and committees we can be.
- Ask questions and share your ideas! Together we can work together to build community, transparency, and efficiency in our shared governance process.
