Weekly Mental Health Drop-In Hour (in-person)

The MHC Weekly Mental Health Drop-In Hour is a time for currently enrolled students to engage one-on-one with a Miramar Mental Health Counselor for a brief consultation. Students will receive information about mental health services, tips for stress management, and information about resources.

MHC's Weekly Mental Health Drop-In Hour is an educational opportunity and primarily for drop-in support. It is not a substitution for formal therapy or for crisis/emergency services.

Every Thursday, excluding March 30th, from 12:30-1:30pm in the Student Health Center, K2-102.

In an emergency, call 911. After hours or if we are unavailable and this is a Mental Health Emergency, contact the ACCESS & CRISIS 24-Hour Hotline (SD County) at 1-888-724-7240 or text "COURAGE" to 741741.
