Thoughtful Tuesdays: Mindful Activities

Every week on Tuesdays, the Miramar College Mental Health Counseling department holds varying mindfulness activities to decrease stress and increase academic and work performance. This opportunity is open to the entire campus community.

Every Tuesday from 12:30-1:30pm.
