David Buser

Mr. Buser has an A.A. Degree in Music from San Diego Mesa College, an A.S. Degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology from San Diego Miramar College, and a Bachelors Degree in Vocational Education from San Diego State University.

He is an accomplished Pilot and holds an FAA Mechanic's Certificate with an Airframe and Powerplant Rating. Mr. Buser is an instructor for Miramar's Aviation General Program.

Paul Chlapecka

Mr. Chlapecka earned his B.S. Degree from Lewis University; an M.B.A. from Lewis University; and an M.A. from United States International University.

He is an accomplished Fixed and Rotary Wing Pilot, Airframe / Powerplant Technician. He is the senior instructor for Miramar's Aviation Airframe Program.

Wheeler North

Mr. North graduated from Miramar College with an A.S. Degree, and from Southern Illinois University with a B.S. Degree.

He is an accomplished Pilot, A.S.E. Master Technician, Airframe / Powerplant Technician, and he holds an Inspection Authorization. He an instructor for Miramar's Aviation Powerplant Program.

Larry Pink

Mr. Pink graduated from Southern Illinois University with his A.A.S Degree and a B.S. Degree; he received an M.S. Degree from Central Missouri State University.

He is an accomplished Airframe / Powerplant Technician with Inspection Authorization, and an F.C.C. Radio/Telephone Technician.

MARK STOUT

Mr. Stout earned his Airframe / Powerplant certifications from San Bernardino Valley College, two A.S. degrees in Aviation Maintenance Technology from San Diego Miramar College, and two additional A.A. degrees from San Diego City College. He earned his B.A. degree, with highest distinction, from the University of California, San Diego.


Mr. Stout has over 20 years of professional experience as an Airframe / Powerplant Technician in both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft in the military, general aviation, commercial aviation, historical restoration, and aerospace industries. He is the Instructional Laboratory Technician for Miramar’s Aviation Program.
