Available all semester on a first-come, first-served basis 

  • Planning Classes for Next Semester
  • Clearing Prerequisites
  • VA Sign-Off
  • Academic Renewal
  • Academic Probation & Disqualification Reinstatement
  • Petitions (Graduation/Certification/Appeals/etc.)
  • Briefly review previously attended schools' transcripts 
  • Referral to various Campus Resources


Available during specific times of the semester:

+ Spring Semester: February to Early April

+ Fall Semester: September to Early November

All previously attended Official College Transcripts must be on file AND must be Evaluated in order to schedule a 1-hour Counseling Appointment.

If you have attended a college or university outside of SDCCD, please see important information regarding your OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS, you will also need to request to have your transcripts evaluated; the Request for Transcript Evaluation form is available, in person, at the Counseling Office.
